Their preventive maintenance program helps ensure my HVAC system runs with utmost efficiency. Earnest, my last preventive maintenance technician, did an outstanding job. He made sure all systems were running as expected, explained everything clearly and concisely, and pointed out small dents in the compressor--most likely caused by debris kicked up by a weed-eater. We have used Annette Hales Indoor Comfort Systems for many years now and they never fail to impress us. One technician who has come out to our home several times name is Ronnie. Ronnie is very kind, respectful and very, very knowledgeable. We were having an issue with our thermostat constantly giving an error message that the auxiliary heat was running too long. Ronnie upon his arrival almost immediately recognized that the return for the heat/air unit was in the hallway next to the MB room and the door was always kept close. He stated that the house was not getting sufficient air flow. Upon further investigation he also noticed that the air ducts were not big enough for the distance the air had to travel. We have had no issues since the corrections were made. Annette Hale’s Comfort System also has great customer service representatives. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC problems you may encounter.
