Know The Warning Signs
Signs Your Home Has an Air Quality Problem
Most Huntsville homeowners do not notice poor indoor air until it affects how they feel. If any of these sound familiar, your home may need attention.
Our Complete Solutions
Indoor Air Quality Systems We Install
Every home is different. We size and recommend the right combination of proven systems for your air, your comfort, and your health.
Whole-Home Air Purification
Air purification removes pollutants like allergens, mold, and gases from your home using technologies such as HEPA filtration and UV germicidal treatment.
For complete coverage, our professional-grade systems integrate directly into your HVAC ductwork so every bit of circulating air is treated, not just the air in one room.
REME HALO
The REME HALO is a whole-home in-duct air purifier that uses Reflective Electro Magnetic Energy to produce hydro-peroxide plasma.
Unlike passive filters, it actively distributes ionized molecules into your living space to neutralize bacteria, viruses, mold, and odors at the source.
High-Performance Media Filters
High-performance media filter kits use a high-efficiency pleated design that captures up to 98% of airborne particles while maintaining low airflow resistance.
Unlike standard filters, these units typically only need replacement once every 6 to 12 months, depending on seasonal usage.
UV-C Germicidal Lights
UV-C lights are a form of ultraviolet radiation used for germicidal disinfection, capable of inactivating up to 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi by damaging their DNA or RNA.
They are widely used to sterilize air, water, and surfaces in homes, hospitals, and commercial spaces.
Bi-Polar Ionization
Needlepoint bipolar ionization releases positive and negative ions into your HVAC airstream, causing particles like dust, mold, and pathogens to cluster together for easier filtration.
It effectively reduces airborne viruses, bacteria, and allergens, with some systems lasting for years without replacement parts.
Whole-House Dehumidifiers
Whole-house dehumidifiers are high-capacity systems that integrate with your central HVAC ductwork to maintain balanced humidity, ideally 40 to 60%, throughout every room.
Unlike portable units, these set-it-and-forget-it systems drain automatically and operate quietly from a basement, attic, or crawl space.
Whole-Home Humidifiers
Humidifiers add moisture to the air to prevent the dryness that causes irritation to the skin, nose, throat, and lips.
They can also ease some of the symptoms caused by the flu or the common cold, keeping your home comfortable through Alabama winters.
AC Soft Start Kit
An AC soft start kit reduces the initial power surge that occurs when your air conditioner's compressor starts, which eliminates the lights dimming on start-up.
These kits cut startup amperage by 60 to 70%, reduce startup noise, and protect the compressor from wear to extend its lifespan.

This is not your typical review for Indoor Comfort Systems so read the entire REVIEW!!! First of all, I do not generally publish reviews online; however, Indoor Comfort Systems did such a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system for my SunRoom I just needed to comment on the great Job they did for me. From the salesman Preston McGuire to the Field Supervisor Jeff Johnson and down to the installation team I can not say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and general courtesy exercised to answer my questions and concerns. The level of detail in the workmanship during the installation can only be related to the commitment of Indoor Comfort Systems to provide training in conjunction with hiring quality personnel to perform the work, not only at the management level but also the installation team. This installation was a Retro HVAC installation with the house being built about one year ago. Jeff Johnson and his team specialize in post-new construction HVAC installations. His goal is to make this HVAC system look like it was installed at time of construction. That is just what Mr. Johnson did, this approach does require more detail and knowledge on his part and yes, he does have pride in his work which you never see in todays busy competitive HVAC market. I had a concern about the unit being loud when the unit delivered heat or cooling with the SunRoom being small. Mr. Johnson confirmed to me that the unit would be installed with enough duct work on the inlet and sized correctly so that the HVAC system would be quiet. I would say that it does not take more time to do the job right the first time and that is exactly what Jeff Johnson does. I am so impressed with Mr. Johnson , and no, we are not related, it is his attention to detail on the Job and his ability to convey his work instructions to his hand-picked team. Now about his team they willingly worked for Jeff, and I could tell it was like an apprenticeship in the way he respected each of his young installers. What was impressive was their respect for Mr. Johnson. Even when he was not present during the installation each and every worker was so polite and were taking pride in their work to complete the assigned work from Mr. Johnson. The work was always inspected by Jeff Johnson and if something needed correcting, he explained to his installation team what needed to be corrected with respect. Note: every installer was excellent at what they were doing during the installation and worked very well together. I also have to mention that the installation team were very clean during all phases of the installation to protect and not damage my home or yard. What does all this mean, I cannot say enough about the team at Indoor Comfort Systems if you need an HVAC system installed or if you have unique problem with your HVAC system do not hesitate to call Indoor Comfort Systems. Obviously, their management is dedicated to hiring quality people from supervisors to installers. Please see the attached pictures of my HVAC Retro installation. It is very rarely I am satisfied with every aspect of work being completed at my house, but this is the exception, I am totally happy with my HVAC system installation by Indoor Comfort Systems."
