Annette Hale’s Indoor Comfort Systems, Inc. (“Indoor Comfort Systems,” “ICS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit indoorcomforthsv.com, submit a form, contact us, request or receive services, or interact with our advertising (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

The specific technologies used may change as we update our vendors and advertising programs. Your browser can usually block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect site functionality. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

5. Google Advertising and Analytics

We use or may use Google Analytics and Google Ads features such as conversion tracking, remarketing, and enhanced conversions. When these services are active, Google may collect or receive information from our website, including your IP address, device and browser information, page URL, cookie or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and conversion events. If enhanced conversions are enabled, contact information you provide, such as an email address or telephone number, may be normalized and securely hashed before it is sent to Google to help measure a conversion. Google may use this information to provide measurement services, prevent fraud, improve its services, and show or personalize ads in accordance with your settings and Google’s policies.

6. Meta Advertising

We use or may use Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and conversion tools. Meta and other third parties may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet. This information may include device and browser information, IP address, page visits, ad interactions, and conversion events. If advanced matching or similar features are enabled, contact information you provide may be securely hashed and sent to Meta for matching. We and Meta may use this information to provide measurement and analytics services, create audiences, measure ad performance, and deliver or improve ads, subject to your settings and Meta’s policies.

7. Your Advertising and Privacy Choices

• Browser controls: use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
• Industry opt-outs: visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page to exercise choices for participating companies.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. We may still send non-promotional messages about an active request or service.
• Text messages: reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
• Privacy requests: contact us using the information in Section 14.

Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. Where applicable law requires us to recognize GPC, we will treat a valid signal as an opt-out request for that browser. Because there is not yet a uniform industry response to other “Do Not Track” signals, the website may not respond to them.

8. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers and contractors that support website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer management, communications, call handling, payment processing, analytics, security, and other business operations;
• Advertising and analytics partners, including Google and Meta, as described above;
• Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of our Services; and
• Transaction participants in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and disclosure of online identifiers to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out as described in Sections 7 and 11.

Mobile information: We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to vendors that help us deliver messages, subject to appropriate restrictions.

9. Third-Party Websites and Financing

Our website may link to social networks, financing providers, equipment manufacturers, and other third-party websites. A third party’s collection and use of information is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. If you apply for financing through a third-party provider, that provider collects and processes your application and financial information under its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and our legal and operational needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to receive a portable copy; to obtain information about our data practices; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and to appeal a decision regarding a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, contact us using Section 14 and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny an appeal, you may have the right to contact your state attorney general.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Effective date” at the top will show when the latest version became effective. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
