I'm sure you already know this; however I wanted to email you so you would know that I purchased a new complete Carrier 2.5-ton system for my home from your salesperson Jay Allen.
Jay was very helpful, professional and honest and did everything we agreed upon. Jay is very much customer-oriented. He was a pleasure to work with and I actually paid a little more for your system.
The reason for the email is to tell you that not only Jay but your entire staff, to include installers and technicians, did a very good job and all my expectations were met.
All my questions, and sorry to say, some of my change requests, were met with a very accommodating and a cheerful attitude.
I have already passed along your company information to two people that will be replacing their systems and I will continue to advise others if I have the opportunity to permit Indoor Comfort to bid on the job. I will be using your company for all future needs.
I would also like to thank Home Depot for working with me to increase our credit line to allow us to purchase the system from Indoor Comfort. They have also been a pleasure to work with, to include some changes I had to make to the contract at the end due to my wife's unexpected surgery.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with my recent installation of a Carrier central air and heat pump system. I was particularly impressed with the installation crew of Tim and John. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, courteous and very energetic during the entire installation process. When I would ask a question or request something to be done a particular way, they were always willing to immediately answer my question or accommodate my request. Their resourcefulness was particularly demonstrated when we discovered some original builder issues affected the installation and they quickly suggested a “work-around” for these issues. Throughout the installation I was struck by their level of energy and willingness to consistently work hard to get the job done. I was quite impressed with this team.
I am already very pleased with my system and its performance. Due to the recent variations in our weather, I have had the opportunity to evaluate both the heating and cooling cycle. Both cycles have performed well and the system has easily maintained the desired temperature in my home. I am also very appreciative of Searcy’s continued interest during the progress of the installation and his willingness to offer assistance during and after the installation.

A week ago, I had to replace the air mover section of my home HVAC system. Rob Prince and Bryon White took the order. They did what I consider an excellent job. Their courtesy and attention to customer wants were excellent. I like the work and it is very professional.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the quality of service I received. Being relatively new to the Huntsville area, I had no network of home maintenance professionals, which resulted in my subjection to numerous inhumanities at the hands of various troglodytes and hucksters. This is why I was glad to receive the quality of service your company provides. Sean/Shawn was ethical, courteous, efficient and professional. Also, the individual who took my phone call was helpful and effective in making arrangements around my schedule.
